WHAT IS EIGHTH ERA?

Eighth Era is a mobile free-to-play, turn-based RPG that places YOU in the center of a war set 10,000 years in the future – with a couple of in-game and real-life perks to keep you invested for the long-haul. You’ll join a crew of treasure hunters searching for ancient relics, coins, hidden across the timeline. On your journey through perilous past worlds to collect lost history and take down the evil AI, Harmony, you’ll discover over 50 legendary heroes to unlock.  Master the skills of your chosen team and plan tactically in battle to blast through the past and save the future from Harmony. But this journey and its rewards are more than just digital — players who conquer the leaderboard win real physical collectibles, shipped right to their door. 

FIRST STEPS TO BECOMING A HERO THROUGHOUT TIME

To unravel the secrets of the Earth’s history, lost to time thanks to the relentless work of Harmony, you’ll visit diverse worlds, beginning way back  in the first Era! While you won’t be a lone champion battle through hordes of enemies, you will need to equip your first squad of humans and non-human heroes - Maxine, Felix, Gus, Terrence and Mark IV - for the challenges ahead. Fortunately, your team is stacked with a few veterans in the fight and each Era is full of resources and gear!

In Eighth Era, your adventures as a treasure hunter will eventually lead you to find some amazing “loot” in real life… with a little bit of time and effort. Players who advance to level 6 and above will unlock the chance to win our collectible coins featuring original characters from Eighth Era by battling it out in our frequently occurring tournaments. These exclusive medals come in three varieties and rarities: colorized (Rare), silver-plated (Epic), and gold-gilted (Legendary). Tournament details are subject to change. You can always find the latest information on the in-game tournament screen and via the Eighth Era Discord channel.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Starting soon, you’ll have the chance to jump into history and engage epic battles against legendary heroes from across the timeline as we head into soft launch ahead of the game’s official launch in 2025. You’ll be one of the first players to explore the eight eras, meet our cast of originally designed characters, and will be first up for the challenge to collect exclusive rewards. With more features, updates, tournaments and characters on the horizon, you’ll soon have your hands filled collecting both in and outside of the game.
