It would be an understatement to say we’re excited for you to kick off your journey through time in Eighth Era. Well, the good thing is… the wait’s almost over! Whether you’re a seasoned tactician, veteran coin collector or a newbie exploring RPGs and collectibles for the first time, you’ll have no shortage of things to do and enemies to conquer when the game soft launches in October 2024.

Like any good story, we figured we should start things off with a bang! Or a groundbreaking collectible to get fans excited to jump into the world of Eighth Era. To kick off our adventure and offer something totally new to gamers, we’ve partnered with the United States Mint. Players who download and play the game will additionally gain unprecedented early access to limited-edition American Silver Eagles with a special star privy mark. But first, let’s talk about what you can expect in Eighth Era.

WHAT CAN YOU FIND DAY ONE OF SOFT LAUNCH?

While our teams have been developing the game, it was always key to us that we deliver a campaign experience that’s as complete and enjoyable as any other squad-based RPG or mobile game. As you leap into your first battles in the First Era, all the following will be available to discover:

OVER 50 HEROES TO RECRUIT:

Meet, battle against, and recruit a diverse range of originally designed characters that were inspired by historical coins – each with their own individual skills, cinematics and elemental affinities! We have 50 heroes to start with and more characters joining the fight every month.

NARRATIVE CONTENT:

In addition to leading a squad of treasure hunters throughout each of the Eras, you’ll learn more about the narrative-rich lore of Eighth Era and Harmony’s domination that has lasted for the last 10,000 years. Each Era reveals more of the world’s lost secrets as players uncover the ancient relics hidden across the timeline.

WORLD:

All eight of the different Era maps offer a unique look into the past, each with their own distinct heroes for players to discover on their adventure. Each map also offers players 21 stages of enemies to encounter of varying difficulties. We hope you’re up for the challenge!

HOW DO YOU WIN THE LIMITED-EDITION AMERICAN SILVER EAGLES?

Following DC Comics – you might know those comic guys – as the second company to collaborate with the United States Mint, we are ecstatic to be able to provide our players early access to unique silver bullion coins with a first-of-its-kind privy mark. To provide balance, players are segmented into three tiers based on their player level at the start of a tournament. 

• Level 6-20: Competes for rare, colorized coins. 
• Level 21-40: Competes for epic silver-plated and rare colorized coins. ‍
• Level 41-60: Competes for all three varieties.

As the rarest reward, the Legendary gold-plated coins will only be rewarded in the cycle’s 2-week tournament finale. You can always find out what coin you’re competing for on your tournament menu.
